Rendezvous mit Dean & Co.
Luna arbeiten gerade an einem neuen Album - "Rendezvous" soll es voraussichtlich heißen und im Sommer diesen Jahres veröffentlicht werden. Als Produzenten haben Dean Wareham & Co. Bryce Goggin engagiert, der bereits Alben von Pavement, Lemonheads, Ramones und Spacehog betreut hatte. Bassistin Britta Phillips hat noch einige Details auf der Galaxie 500 Mailingliste verraten: "It's hard to hear a new record objectively. It usually takes me about a year to form an opinion. I really like Rendezvous already, though. Sean sings two songs. I'm just singing backing vocals on this one. No leads or duets. We'll save that for the next D&B record. I think the main difference between Romantica and Rendezvous (besides Sean's singing, of course) is that we recorded it all in one room together and kept most of the live bass and guitar performances so it definitely has that live sound - less produced....warmer...."
